Returns & Exchanges

Exchange Policy

At Official You Brand, every piece is chosen with care — and we honor that same intention in our policies. While we do not offer returns, we are happy to provide store credit or exchanges for online orders within 14 days of delivery or purchase date.

Please note:

• All in-store purchases are final sale.

• To be eligible for exchange:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags must be attached

• No stains, odors, or signs of wear

• Must include proof of purchase

• Items must be in perfect condition to be resold — no exceptions

Shipping Policy

We ship with love and care via USPS as our primary carrier.

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. Official you brand  is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

If a package needs to be re-shipped due to incorrect information, any additional fees will be the buyer’s responsibility.
